Ingredients:

Fish fillets (boneless, such as cod or tilapia)

Great northern beans or cannellini beans

Petite diced tomatoes

Heavy-duty aluminum foil or parchment paper

Instructions:

Preheat the Oven:

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Prepare the Foil:

Measure out pieces of heavy-duty aluminum foil or parchment paper, approximately 18 inches long

Prepare the Fish:
